Founded seven years ago, SCCI is a coalition of leaders representing the Stark County Board, City of Wyoming, City of Toulon, Bradford Township, Stark County CUSD #100, and Bradford School District. Together, we are the vital link connecting local government, schools, and the entire community in pursuit of continuous growth and innovation.

APEX Clean Energy Partnership: Our landmark collaboration with APEX Clean Energy is projected to generate nearly $400 million in revenue for Stark County over 28 years—fueling SCCI initiatives and providing direct grants to local
educators and schools.
Regional Alliances: We partner with NCICG and USDA Rural Development to shape comprehensive plans, modernize zoning, and secure essential grants for Stark County’s continued growth.
Housing Development: Through our Housing Development Committee (est. 2024), we champion residential expansion—creating new homes, senior and assisted living, and vibrant neighborhoods across all major townships.
Municipal Infrastructure: In partnership with Wyoming and Toulon city councils, we upgrade roads, sidewalks, drainage, and athletic facilities—enhancing quality of life throughout Stark County.
