Commuter Survey

The Stark Council for Continuous Improvement (SCCI), in partnership with the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA), is undertaking a planning effort within Stark County. This survey is the first step in that planning process, gathering community input as a baseline for future community planning meetings and the final plan document. SCCI and IHDA invite you to participate in this Community Revitalization Strategy process by completing the “Community Needs Assessment Survey.” The survey is completely anonymous and collects no identifying information. You can complete the survey in under 10 minutes. Your participation will help our agency and SCCI plan for the future, make investment decisions, and identify community needs and goals. Please answer the questions based on your own perceptions of Stark County, even if you do not reside there.
